Our Pet Friendly Hotels
Our Pet Information Policy
- A non-refundable pet fee of INR 1000-1500 + GST per pet per day will be charged to the guest upon arrival.
- A valid credit card number must be kept on file at the front desk.
- Pets must weigh less than 30 kgs and have a Pet Passport/verification that all vaccinations are complete and up-to-date.
- Pets must not be left unattended at any time by the guest and must be on a controlled leash when not inside the guest room.
- Pets may not be walked through the lobby of the hotel, restaurant area, and kids play area. They must only be walked in designated pet areas on the hotel grounds.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance Services: Guest's must agree to make their room available to Housekeeping and/or Maintenance needs and will arrange to have the pet out of the room to accommodate this service.
- Noise/Disruptive complaints: If your pet disturbs other hotel guests, the hotel will have no choice but to refuse further accommodation for your pet. A fair warning will be given which may then lead to eviction of the pet and possibly the entire party with no refund.
- Damages caused by the pet to the hotel room, its furnishings, or any other part of the hotel are the pet owner's responsibility. Owners will be charged commensurate to the cost of such damages. Guest rooms are subject to damage inspection at any time and upon checkout.
- All rights of admission are reserved and rest with the Hotel Management at all times.
